Refund policy

Returns

In order to begin your refund, please email us at hello@domogummies.com with your order number and reason for refund. Once you have emailed us, please log your return on our return portal which can be found below.

Order Tracking

Do not ship your return, until you have received a reply from our email hello@domogummies.com in regards to your return. Any items returned before receiving a reply from us could be disapproved a refund.

Following this, please follow all instructions carefully and ensure that all products are returned. This includes bottles that you may have finished, and may have been opened. If you do not return your full order including used bottles, your refunded amount will reflect this. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 7 working days for the refund to show in your account. (Please also check your Junk inbox for refund confirmation email).

You are responsible for the return postage costs. If you receive a refund, the cost paid for delivery of your order will not be refunded. Your refund will only be for the value of the products purchased, unless the item was delivered damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable and/or signed for shipping service & obtain proof of purchase. Tracking should then be emailed to us at hello@domogummies.com. Domo do not accept responsibility for items lost in return transit. Domo takes no liability in issuing a refund in the case that return packages are lost.

Refunds will only be issued if applicable & when the items have been returned to and inspected by our warehouse team.
